This was a personal project that I worked on when I was considering becoming a YouTuber on this subject. The end product was never the ultimate goal; it was learning how to leverage After Effects to its fullest-extent to create a fully-customizable template that I could easily modify in order to cut the production as much as possible. The card drop opening was done in Cinema4D and was not planned, but I needed something something flashy to catch the viewer’s attention. The plan was to change out the cards for every opening to reflect the final product. I had a lot of fun putting this together and learned so much! I had a second episode in production, but the pandemic happened and I fell out of love with the collectable card game genre of gaming. Still, I am proud of what I accomplished and I am so glad that I invested my spare time into this piece.
