TRPNYC Spring 2021 Announcements

We are more than happy to announce these amazing happenings, collaborations, and events coming up this Spring 2021!

The Creation Lab
In an effort to share resources and bridge alliances with fellow collaborative think-makers, TRPNYC’s Creation Labs are curated as spaces to collectively discuss, exchange, and build both creative and entrepreneurial practices. This spring’s Thomas and Adrianne (@thomasandadrianne) and IAMI Collective (@iamicollective) joined us in March/April to think, make, and imagine in support. Check out our IG later this month for two amazing digital offerings from the collabortives!

Also be sure to check them both out on spotify!

The DocuChoreography Lab (“The Decade from hell..”Cohort)
The first cohort of The DocuChoreography Lab (hosted by Brooklyn Arts Exchange in May 2020) will together chart a journey of epic research and deep introspection. Bouey (IG@j_bouey), Angie Pittman(IG@angellaellaella), Jasmine Hearn (IG@jasminehearncollaborates) Kyle Marshall (IG@kmchoreo), and Kayla Farrish (IG@fulloutfarrish), all zoom in together to think on personal practice, and prepare for future collaborative projects/ideas.

The TRPNYC Fellowship Created by Company Artist Shanice Mason, The TRPNYC Fellowship is designed to support individual creativity, extend relevant resources and establish valuable connections for college-level and emerging artists who are pursuing a career within the arts sector.

Process memoir 6: thenowlater (HEART) happens as a five part series of community events scheduled in June 2021 hosted alongside various NYC arts organizations. Curated as a communal ritual, a documented moment inspired by deeper sensational listening, the fourth and final journey of PM6 sets course on the ocean of freedom, visibly charting TRPNYC’s collective exodus from tradition.
